THE ROLE:

• Design and roll out world-class HAM processes based on ITIL & ISO standards
• Use ServiceNow to automate hardware tracking, lifecycle, and reporting
• Manage the full asset journey – from procurement to retirement
• Ensure compliance with key frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO)
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement to align on goals
• Create clear dashboards, reports, and conduct training for teams

What you will bring:

• Minimum of 15+ years in HAM/ITAM with strong process design experience
• Solid knowledge of ITIL, ISO 19770, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HAM and CMDB integration
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management experience
• Bonus if you’re certified (CAMP, CHAMP, CITAM, or ITIL)
