My client, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. This role is all about transforming employee and customer experiences with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) while keeping travel light (just 1–2 days per month on client site).

· Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow workflows across HRSD, Onboarding & Transitions, and Workplace Service Delivery.
· Build seamless, user-friendly interfaces with Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
· Deliver integrations with external platforms (HR, CRM, eCommerce) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
· Ensure data integrity and smooth migrations using ServiceNow tooling.
· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
