Description
We are seeking ServiceNow Implementation Specialists with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow to join our team across three client projects. Candidates must possess the ServiceNow CSA certification, with additional expertise and certifications in specific modules preferred (listed below). You’ll be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Implement and configure ServiceNow modules based on client needs Customize workflows and integrate with external systems Collaborate with internal and client teams for solution design Perform testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards Client 1: ITOM & CMDB Focus Key Skills: IT Operations Management (ITOM) Event Management Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Required Certifications: CSA Preferred Certifications: ITOM and/or CMDB Client 2: HAM, CMDB & ITSM Focus Key Skills: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) CMDB IT Service Management (ITSM) Required Certifications: CSA Preferred Certifications: HAM and/or CMDB Client 3: SAM or APM Focus Key Skills: Software Asset Management (SAM) or Application Portfolio Management (APM) Required Certifications: CSA Preferred Certifications: SAM and/or APM Qualifications: 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience Active CSA Certification Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with Agile or ITIL frameworks is a plus Certifications Required: CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certifications Preferred: Module-specific certifications (as per role) If you have skills & experience, send your CV’s to [email protected]
