ServiceNow & Incident Management Specialist – Supply Chain Domain Experience: 10+ years Location: Irvine, CA Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy robust infrastructure solutions to support supply chain and consumer goods operations. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow and Windows platforms. Incident Management: Lead the resolution of incidents promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Service Desk Oversight: Manage service desk operations to deliver exceptional support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing infrastructure to improve system performance and reduce operational costs. Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution. System Monitoring & Upgrades: Continuously monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain optimal functionality. Best Practices Adherence: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure and IT service management. Audits & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular audits to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with supply chain teams to align infrastructure strategies with broader business objectives. Innovation Leadership: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure management to support organizational growth. Qualifications Proven experience in Incident Management and Service Desk operations. Strong expertise in ServiceNow and Windows platforms. Demonstrated domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Consumer Goods, and Supply Chain Management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive and strategic approach to infrastructure management. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/26/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $73,350– $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
