The Cloud People, a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner is growing rapidly in Europe and US. In support of our successful approach to IRM excellence, we are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Consultant to join our team in The Benelux. Working location will be our brand new office in Amsterdam.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow project implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and participate in customer-facing workshops.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, development, and best practices.
  • Hold the ServiceNow Certifications. The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification as a fundamental requirement (must-have).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and relational databases (MySQL).
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Bonus points for those fluent in Dutch and/or French.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate functional design workshops.
  • Create robust design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical needs and validate requirements.
  • Proactively propose creative solutions to overcome business challenges and technical roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support client presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept designs.
  • Execute hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of services offered by The Cloud People.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues, sharing best practices and knowledge.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Write clear and concise documentation at various levels.
