Description

Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Expert to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM within our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, a strong project management background, and proven experience in leading enterprise-wide implementations. This role requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities to design, implement, and optimize risk management processes using ServiceNow’s IRM framework. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow IRM suite, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk modules. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define business requirements, solution design, and delivery strategy. Manage project planning, execution, and governance to ensure timely and quality delivery. Configure and customize the ServiceNow IRM modules to align with organizational policies, workflows, and risk frameworks. Develop integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Security, Compliance, or Third-Party Risk tools). Drive user adoption, training, and documentation for all implemented processes. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance. Act as the primary liaison with ServiceNow and other vendor partners. Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of the IRM solution post-implementation. Required Qualifications 10+ years of total experience in IT or enterprise applications, with 5+ years in ServiceNow. Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC implementation in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full project lifecycles. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, scripting, and integrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
