We have a 6 plus months contract role for ServiceNow ITOM Architect w/ AIOps (REMOTE).

DURATION: 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM + AIOps Architect to design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management (ITOM) and AIOps solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, strategy, and best practices while working with global teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM with a strong focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AIOps solutions for enterprise IT environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and Event Management configuration and governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, REST/SOAP APIs, and web service integrations.
• Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks in AIOps.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM best practices.
• Experience working with global teams in an offshore delivery model.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow Certified ITOM Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a managed services or consulting environment.

  Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
