We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITOM Health Engineer to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory for clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping. You will be working with our clients to model network, storage, and other infrastructure in within the CMDB. Efforts will include assessing current state processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans. Solutions Consultant must have deep experience in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping, as both implementation work and oversight of team members are required.

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
  • Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management aned monitoring and integrations
  • Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises.
  • Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure
  • Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions
  • 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
  • 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
  • Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
  • CIS Event Management
  • Micro certification Health log analytics
  • ServiceNow AIOPS certification
  • Web Development experience a significant plus
  • Javascripting experience
  • ITIL®v3 Expert designation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.
