Job Description Are you passionate about driving IT service excellence through smart platform solutions? We’re looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst to join our dynamic IT team at Rotork. You’ll play a key role in enhancing and administering our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports seamless ITSM processes and aligns with business goals. What you’ll do: Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, to support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Drive automation, integrations, and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices. Provide technical support, training, and documentation to empower users and teams. Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value. What you’ll bring: Experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM process implementation. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations. A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery. Qualifications Essential Proven experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and customisations Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desirable ITIL Foundation certification or higher Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics Experience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practices Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
