• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, OAuth, Basic Auth.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Portal, Automation Engine.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills

ROLE OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead design, development, customization, and integration of the platform, focusing on workflow optimization, ITSM modules, and third-party system integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify gaps and improve ServiceNow implementations.
• Design & develop custom applications, modules, workflows, dashboards, and portals.
• Configure ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers.
• Collaborate with architects, process owners, stakeholders for solutions.
• Ensure code quality, platform performance, and best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical documentation, deployment support, and troubleshooting.
