SERVICENOW PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS & REPORTING DEVELOPER:

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting Developer for a 3-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Waterloo office.

SERVICENOW PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS & REPORTING DEVELOPER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will act as the Performance Analytics & Reporting subject matter expert, focusing on the development and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities. This involves working on the Technology & Cyber Risk Performance Analytics roadmap and ensuring the efficient transition of knowledge to the internal team.

SERVICENOW PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS & REPORTING DEVELOPER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience in Web Service Integrations using REST
• Experience in relational database systems and database queries
• Experience with ServiceNow - Performance Analytics
• UIBuilder
• ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis

SERVICENOW PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS & REPORTING DEVELOPER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in development languages such as JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Business Analytics and Reporting

• Lead the strategy and development of data-driven risk analytics based on the Technology & Cyber Risk Performance Analytics roadmap
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs and design reporting solutions
• Develop and conduct process/training workshops for the TCRM and ServiceNow operational reporting teams
• Advise stakeholders on dashboards, reporting options, and KPI best practices
• Research new capabilities in line with the latest industry trends
• Perform system development related to Performance Analytics
• Conduct integration testing
• Develop dashboards, widgets, indicators, and breakdowns
