Job Description:

• Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and requirements traceability matrix.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Validate workflows (e.g., Work Orders, Permits, AP integrations).
• Support in UAT execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain test evidence and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA experience, with 3+ in ServiceNow testing.
• Familiar with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.
• Strong in defect management and UAT coordination.
• Experience in government/public sector QA projects preferred.
