We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst for a 4 month contract opportunity providing knowledge and oversight of ServiceNow testing and a variety of other business applications and integration testing for our internal/external customers. This role reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance of Technology Solutions.
ServiceNow Testing Ownership
- Responsible for ServiceNow Dev and QA testing and quality of deployment to Production environments
- Responsible for ensuring Bi-weekly release processes from QA to Production environment readiness.
- Provide guidance and act as an escalation point for QA testing teams
- Managing testing resource allocations to maintain scheduled timelines
- Responsible for providing testing resources for project tasks required in ServiceNow and Legacy application migrations
- Maintain relationships with Technology solutions teams and Business partners
Solution Delivery
- Work with the greater Technology Solutions team to meet the testing milestones and deliver high quality solutions on time
- Contribute to design and implementation of standardized QA processes and methodologies to streamline and optimize QA efforts
- Application enhancements and configurations are properly tested and accurately deployed in production
- Report development and applications enhancements are done on time as per defined schedule by creating relevant Reports and Dashboards
- QA testing is done correctly according to the test cases provided through Dev testing
- Any issues discovered though delivery cycles including Reports, enhancement development, testing and QA management are communicated to the proper channels without delay to minimize impact to the projects / deployment schedules
Requirements/Qualifications:
Technical and Professional Expertise:
- ServiceNow CSA Certified
- ServiceNow Test Management
- ServiceNow ATF
- ITSM applications
- ITIL knowledge
- Microsoft SQL (strong to expert knowledge):
- TSQL language
- Relational databases concept
- Microsoft SQL performance troubleshooting
- Experience with API/REST/SOAP integrations
- Java and JavaScript (nice to have)
- ITAM (HAM & SAM) are (nice to have)
