Summary
We are looking for a “ServiceNow Release Manager (f/m/d)” for the “ServiceNow Platform Management” department at the Ulm or Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.
HENSOLDT IM (Information Management) forms the global IT of the HENSOLDT Group. With scalable and flexible architectures and business-oriented IT solutions, we enable the growth targets of the HENSOLDT Group. We provide innovative digital solutions for HENSOLDT’s product portfolio and processes.
The “ServiceNow Platform Management” department takes on all tasks arising within the Center of Excellence and Innovation for the operation and further development of our ServiceNow landscape. We are looking for immediate support for the implementation of our roadmap for the coming years.

Your Tasks

• Coordination of all projects related to the ServiceNow roadmap, as well as the corresponding management of internal and external resources
• Continuous assurance of the timely implementation / introduction of all roadmap-related topics
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders for roadmap-related questions
• Evaluation of new demands and appropriate steering into the roadmap in coordination with ServiceNow Architect and Center of Excellence Lead
• Elaboration and presentation of necessary customizations in the Technical Governance Board
• Ensuring quality standards in the agile way of working across all projects related to the roadmap
• Reporting on roadmap implementation and deriving necessary measures to achieve the set goals

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or business informatics or comparable qualification and 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
• Ideally Scrum Master certification
• High level of understanding of system interfaces to standard market solutions (Microsoft MECM, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Atlassian Jira)
• High degree of diligence
• Independent, service- and solution-oriented way of working as well as analytical and conceptual skills
• Team and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
