Responsibilities

WORK YOU’LL DO

Senior Manager acting as an Engagement Manager on multiple projects, pursuits and practice development initiatives, lead complex client engagements, oversee project delivery, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing project risks, and driving business growth through relationship management and thought leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client executives and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional value.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex projects or programs.
  • Oversee all phases of the engagement lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Business and Practice Development
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in thought leadership, industry forums, and Deloitte eminence-building activities.
  • Quality and Compliance
  • Ensure all engagement activities comply with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
