WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a ServiceNow expert who excels in deciphering client business goals and effortlessly translates them into precise technical requirements. Your expertise spans Agile frameworks, DevOps models, and a proven track record with POC approaches. Beyond that, you bring valuable experience in seamlessly navigating both traditional waterfall methods and cutting-edge methodologies.

What we expect:

  • You have at least five years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • You possess strong communication and technical skills, and you can lead workshops and gather customer requirements effectively
  • You excel in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, providing guidance and advice to both customers and team members
  • Module specific competence. Ideally, expertise with the HR and/or IRM modules (as well as relevant certifications)
  • You mentor the team by consistently supporting your colleagues, demonstrating best practices, and guiding them on how to innovate within ServiceNow
  • You are passionate about technology and the solutions it can bring to organizations. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.
