And as a team player, you can work well with people at all organizational levels. You also bring good analytical skills and you are always looking for solutions.

And further:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and development
• Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with 3rd-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owner, Domain Architect and business process owners to identify and implement process improvements
• Design and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow
• Safeguard the overall ServiceNow Architecture
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration mappings, and platform roadmaps and enforce standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring your team mates
