• This role is focused on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by establishing a robust data architecture, strengthening CMDB and CSDM maturity, and enabling future platform capabilities including AI, automation, Identity and Access Management, IT Asset Management and Enterprise Service Management.

Essential:• Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture • Proven CMDB transformation and implementation experience • Proven CSDM transformation and implementation experience • Experience designing ServiceNow data architecture • Experience leading consultations on ServiceNow platforms • Public sector or highly regulated industry experience • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Experience developing governance frameworks• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
