JOB DESCRIPTION
U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) to lead the design and implementation of asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in enabling downstream technology initiatives by developing and managing strategies that ensure foundational asset data is accurate, automated, and scalable—optimizing asset lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and driving cost efficiency across the enterprise.
