• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Issue Management, and Knowledge Management to meet business requirements. • Develop custom applications, tables, and data models within the ServiceNow platform. • Configure workflows, rules, UI policies, UI procedures, and notifications to automate processes and improve efficiency. • Develop and configure a ServiceNow service portal to enhance the user experience. • Write JavaScript scripts (such as business rules, client scripts, and user interface scripts) to enable custom functionality and automation. • Develop and manage complex workflows to meet business needs. • Use Glide Record, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow APIs to process and retrieve data. • Create and manage scheduled tasks to perform recurring operations and maintain data. • Design and develop integration processes using REST/SOAP web services and brokerage tools to connect ServiceNow to other platforms (such as CRM, ERP, and external applications). • Implement inbound and outbound integration patterns to ensure real-time data exchange. • Ensure data consistency and integrity and improve performance across integrated systems.
