We’re looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our Platforms team as we build a world-class ServiceNow capability. The ServiceNow System Administrator will play a critical role in the ongoing management and evolution of our platform, as well as providing support to the ServiceNow Platform Owner. Effective ServiceNow System Administrators ensure our business needs are met, and they strive for continuous improvement of the platform. We deliver customised and configured ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and platform logic to meet organisational needs and exceed organisational expectations. We deliver for our customers, and we build up our own knowledge and experience in the process. We adopt best practices and identify measurable process improvement opportunities. We collaborate with commercial teams to translate business goals into specific platform requirements. We collaborate with ServiceNow project teams to provide exceptional testing and technical feedback. We collaborate with Development teams to integrate ServiceNow with our broader ecosystem. We ensure compliance with security policies and deliver security hardening of the platform. We maintain our ServiceNow environments including the planning of major/minor releases. We maintain accurate documentation related to system changes, processes, and procedures. How will you support our “Why?” Certified System Administrator or hands-on equivalent experience. Administration of CSM/ITSM modules (Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog). Demonstrable understanding of ITIL processes. Experience supporting Service Portal and/or Employee Centre. Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS) at least to a read level. Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). Familiarity with Flow Designer.
