Müller’s Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain our ServiceNow platform and ensure its optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the ServiceNow environment, along with ensuring that the platform meets user and business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management. Support platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely delivery. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides. Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary. Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role. Proficient in ServiceNow module administration, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management. Familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies, including workflows, business rules, and script includes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Excellent time management skills, being able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Administrator Certification or related certifications. Understanding of ITIL processes and framework. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics or reporting tools.
