SERVICENOW SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Systems Administrator for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SERVICENOW SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves IT Service Management, focusing on designing and implementing solutions following established policies and standards. The role includes providing technical leadership in system integration and application development within an enterprise-wide environment.

SERVICENOW SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Systems administrator experience with ServiceNow - 5+ years
  • CSA certification
  • Strong communication skills

SERVICENOW SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Development experience
  • Banking experience
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT Service Management solutions to manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
  • Provide technical and thought leadership in system integration and application development.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and systems management teams to define scope and provide estimates.
  • Review internal artifacts and deliverables from vendor partners to ensure they meet solution requirements.
  • Lead or contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews of IT Service Management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production and test issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead resolution efforts.
  • Perform off-hours maintenance and deployments for system releases and provide 24x7 support.
  • Code deployment in 15 instances of ServiceNow.
