About the Role Company: Aqilea India Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead Exp Range : 8+ years Work Location : Bangalore(Remote) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ACC (Agent Client Collector). The candidate should have hands-on experience leading technical implementations and should be able to clearly demonstrate deep knowledge of ITOM modules and ACC architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Configure and manage ACC (Agent Client Collector) for infrastructure monitoring and data collection. Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team. Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and automation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM implementations and ACC deployment. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for seamless integration and monitoring. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). Expertise in ACC (Agent Client Collector) deployment and configuration. Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Knowledge of CMDB, MID Server, integrations, and automation workflows. Experience leading ServiceNow projects and managing technical teams. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / ITOM Specialist). Experience working in enterprise environments with complex infrastructure monitoring. Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
