OUR OPPORTUNITY

Work Location: Perth Office. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team of ServiceNow developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design and integrations and will be responsible for mentoring and uplifting the skills of the development team. This role will also involve setting technical best practices to ensure the highest standards of development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
  • Solution Design:
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support team members.
  • Project Management:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
