A3 Consulting, LLC is seeking a seasoned and visionary ServiceNow Technical Lead & Solutions Architect to serve as the chief technical authority on a line of development for a mission-critical DoD Insider Threat application who will translate strategic objectives into a cohesive technical reality. This leadership position responsible for the architectural integrity, technical excellence, and successful delivery of a complex solution. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering custom applications on the ServiceNow PSDS platform within a DoD or federal environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with API development and integration, including hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a technical team and establishing development best practices.
• Deep understanding of the DoD RMF and experience designing systems to achieve ATO.
• One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desired.
• Experience with advanced platform capabilities such as Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence (AI/ML), and scoped application development.
• Direct experience with DoD systems engineering processes, including JCIDS.
• Familiarity with the specific data and APIs of DoD personnel, vetting, and security systems (e.g., DISS, DEERS, etc.).
