JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Highly skilled ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Specialist to join RSA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests within the ServiceNow platform using Jasmine and JavaScript. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNows ATF capabilities, scripting proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Automated Test Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNows Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Write and execute test scripts using Jasmine and JavaScript to validate ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure test scripts are modular, reusable, and adhere to best practices.
• Test Execution & Analysis:
• Execute automated test cases to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work collaboratively with developers and administrators to resolve issues.
• Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Communication:
• Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress, coverage, and outcomes to project teams and leadership.
