Based at our Porirua Depot with work around the wider Wellington region Full time position of 40 hours per week Build a career - gain skills, qualifications & training on the job The remuneration range for this role is $56,881 to $80,303 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience. The opportunity We have multiple roles available in our Reinstatements team. The purpose of the role is to complete the reinstatement of roads, footpaths, berms and other land following completion of water infrastructure works. The role requires the job holder to be capable and competent to work with concrete and asphalt, able to communicate with both internal and external customers, and to ensure there is a high level of service delivered to our wider customers. About you To be successful in this role you will bring: Asphalting, concreting, general building/construction experience Competence in operating plant and machinery A clean drivers licence (Full class 1 is a must!) with WTR endorsements/class 2 preferred The ability to use technology (i.e. iPad or tablet) to record information An understanding and commitment to health and safety in the workplace A reliable, hard-working attitude About us Wellington Water works in partnership with Fulton Hogan (in an Alliance) to improve three water services across the Greater Wellington and South Wairarapa Regions.
