CONTEXT:

We are seeking a Services Advisory Lead based in Singapore to support our expanding presence across the APAC region. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers—helping them envision and achieve successful solution implementations, and help identifying and articulating the strategic, financial, and operational value of Ivalua’s platform.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field or related experience; or equivalent experience with proven skills; an MBA advanced degree is a plus.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years with a successful track record in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting , particularly with cloud software implementations.
  • Preferred - Exposure to value engineering, business process optimization, or ROI-focused engagements in areas such as procurement, supply chain, or finance transformation.

INTERPERSONAL & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Adept at building trusted executive relationships and conveying complex concepts succinctly.
  • Exceptional presentation and writing skills, able to articulate value propositions and service offerings convincingly.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel up to ~50–60% across the APAC region, with occasional global travel as needed.
