We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Offering Manager to oversee our New Product Introductions (NPI) and Services initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new services offerings, products and features, from concept to market delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Location: Atlanta, GA Travel/Territory: 25% Ideal Candidate Experience: 10 years of experience in services and product management, with a focus on leading NPI initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence Customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
