Guides the vision and overall business development strategy. What will your job look like? Set business objectives and targets to ensure success. You will answer the call to integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Americas region. Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets as well as encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies. Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain including market trends, future technologies, competition, and partners as well as compelling events that may affect the customer's current and future business growth. Inclusive leadership including matrix reporting. Accepting the challenge to attract, develop and retain talent and encourage collaboration between teams. All you need is... At least 15 years of overall experience in IT, including project implementation and operations/team management. Validated experience in customer relationship management. Leading a large organization and team of 500+ people. Fostering a growth mentality, deep understanding of business development, and service delivery.
