Includes but is not limited to Design, Development, Implementation and Governance of Process and/or Capability lifecycle, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market with focus on Services Quote to Cash Processes. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Looks for opportunities to utilize Agentic and Generative AI to drive process automation and simplification. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. In this role the primary focus will include management of one of the Services Quote to Cash Process & Capabilities, audit remediation, and process improvement for the Operational Support (OS). These processes could include the following details: Process Definition & Documentation: • New Business Quoting • Amendments • Order Booking • Renewals Global Deals Education Services • Billing & Invoicing • Customer Master • Project Support • Testing Order Recognition Sales/Partner Compensation • Training & MOC What you’ll do: Leads and develops product support or solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes. •Represents services on product or solution core teams and provides service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateral. • Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements. • Collaborates with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance. • Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of one solution or related set of services. Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value. • Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement What you need to bring: • Typically, 5+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business. • Typically, first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus. Knowledge and Skills: Exposure and understanding of Agentic and Generative AI use in Operational processes Exposure to development of automation tools using bots Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market. • General technical understanding of products and services General knowledge and experience with Services S4 platform and other boundary applications such as Services CPQ, Renewtrak, Salesforce.com • Problem detection and analysis of root cause. • Leads teams to achieve results. • Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools. • Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills. • Proficiency with Process Improvement techniques. • Good communication skills. • Influence within same team and level.
