We are looking for an efficient service coordinator to oversee providers and clients to ensure proper service delivery.

• Speak to providers to offer support and guidance.
• Speak to clients to ensure satisfaction with their provider.
• Review provider notes to ensure they meet medicaid requirements.
• Document everything.
