QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant professional experience of 5+ years with detailed knowledge of payments business and ISO messaging standard
• Proven track record of being part of big and complex organization wide turnkey initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good consumer product knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change experiences
• Prior hands on development experience in a technology project will be a plus

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree is good to have

• Focus on a specific market and payment scheme for its modernization by implementing Onepay
• Work closely with different stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities in defining desired product features
• Identify requirements and translate them into EPICs for design and technology teams to groom requirements further
• Ensure establishment of periodic governance for Asia initiatives and actively use the governance calls to track and report the progress
• High Risk and Control focus is necessary – to call out risks to the projects and resulting from the projects well in advance to ensure timely mitigation of the same
• Ensure Business Readiness for the project by coordinating with stakeholders to secure critical internal and external approvals required for the launch of Onepay
• Develop innovative ways to achieve product/service offering in more efficient, risk free and automated manner
• Collect customer and stakeholder input for the development of technical requirements and product priorities
• Maintain close connect with country and cluster stakeholders from Product, Operations and Technology during all phases of the execution
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are prioritized, implemented and validated
• Carry out Client Impact Assessment and facilitate Client Communication/ Webinars with the help of country team to build awareness about the upcoming changes
• Responsible for identifying and performing gap analysis on current product offering and future state
• Manage internal Risk and Control stakeholders by keeping them informed and appraised about the progress of the initiative
• Assess cross-project impacts and take steps to resolve issues, particularly those standing in the way of progress,
• Understand Citi’s Payments ecosystem beyond Onepay and ensure alignment with partners for their deliverables
• Analyze, manage, iterate and track the continued success of features in production
• Participate in walkthrough of test results in capacity of one of the approvers
• Manage the project governance related tasks in PTS for the underlying Onepay implementation
• Participate in process and quality improvement activities, and end of sprint and release retrospectives
