We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the inspection and survey workflow.This is a high-impact role where you will manage the full lifecycle of inspection work orders, assure delivery of inspections with contractor surveyors. The role will be responsible from the initial technical vetting of a contractor to the final commercial delivery of required inspection jobs like post-disrepair surveys, damp and mold inspections, void inspections, stock condition surveys and pre/post work surveys with the client.

• End-to-End Responsibilities1. Commercial & Pricing ManagementService Catalogue: Create inspection service offering catalogue of Plentific and grow it with sustainable contractor base
• Pricing: Lead discussions with clients regarding project costs, ensuring that pricing models are sustainable and reflect the technical complexity of the survey work.
• Margin Protection: Negotiate with contractors to ensure competitive rates while maintaining Plentific’s commercial margins and quality standards.

• 2. Contractor Onboarding & VettingCapability Evaluation: Lead the technical assessment of new inspection and surveyor contractors entering the platform. You will verify their qualifications, past performance, and specific expertise in UK housing standards to ensure they are fit for dedicated inspection tasks.
• Selection Strategy: Match the right accreditation, capacity, pricing levels and SLA expectations of inspection contractor to specific client requirements, ensuring high-risk or high-complexity jobs are only handled by top-tier providers.
