Description

ABOUT TBYM.

We’re a non-profit organisation dedicated to Creating Healthier Minds by raising awareness and combating the stigmas surrounding mental health and illness.
Our mission is to Create Healthier Minds, by supporting individuals, providing resources, and working with organisations, colleges, universities, and companies.
We strive to normalise conversations about mental health and illness. We educate the public on recognising signs of mental health problems in themselves and others, curb stigma along the way while providing practical tips for self-care and well-being.
With your support, we can continue producing resources, and supporting people.
TBYM’s mission is enhanced by its 400+ volunteers, nationwide. And this number continues to rise with volunteers committing to our mission.

SUMMARY

As Services Director, you will lead the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of TBYM’s services. You’ll oversee service creation (whether independently or with a team), champion quality standards, and ensure our offerings meet the diverse needs of the people we support. You’ll also direct our internal training arm—TBYM Academy—alongside Academy Development Volunteers for a high-quality training experience for all volunteers.
This is a senior volunteer leadership role ideal for someone with a background in service design, strategic planning, or operations.
