The Role:

• Collaborate with project managers to incorporate services-related requirements and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with and manage relationships, contracts, and performance of vendors and subcontractors
• Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
• Communicate with clients, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement in services delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in large infrastructure or complex building projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Due to continued growth, CEA is looking for Service Technicians to join our team located in Horningsea Park.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the provision of; safe, efficient and compliant diagnostics, as well as maintenance and repairs to our customer base.

About you:

• AUS/NZ Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Plant Mechanic or similar
• Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing of mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment.
• Experienced in diagnosis and fault finding in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service in the field.
• Demonstrated skills in understanding customer support requirements.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
• Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
• Current drivers licence
• Whilst not required applicants with OEM experience are highly desired
