Services Experienced Professional - Parts Services Responsibilities: The work performed by Parts shipping expert or lead parts shipping expert consists of : • Follow up material readiness for urgent shipment to sites. • Expedite logistics on box & pack activities. • Give input to shipping support team to process and manage/prepare of necessary documentations for the shipment. • Follow-up with shipping support team on shipment preparation progress until the shipping is complete on the HQ side • Update project team with necessary shipping information and documents. • Update shipping info where necessary Site NC shipping expert is measured according to the following performance indicators. -Cycle time of shipment management -Adherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instruction -# of shipment managed -Initiative managed Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or machine • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a shipping organization or quality/analytics function or FSE or Eng. • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Fluent English and Italian Desired Characteristics: • Ability to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives. • Ability to multi -task in a high pressure environment • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables • Strong interpersonal skills.
