Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Services Facilitator II for our Food & Beverage department. This role is essential in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, as well as maintaining quality and safety standards within the F&B operations. Responsibilities Lead and continuously enhance beverage quality and service standards across all Qiddiya office cafeterias to support high employee satisfaction. Standardize and expand beverage offerings across all locations, including specialty drinks. Develop, implement, and manage a structured barista training program across all sites, ensuring all baristas are enrolled and training records are accurately maintained. Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing performance support to baristas to improve technical skills, consistency, and service excellence. Maintain an up-to-date hospitality assets register, ensuring proper documentation, preventive maintenance tracking, and machine functionality. Coordinate with food and beverage service providers at site offices to ensure commercial F&B services meet agreed quality and operational standards. High School diploma or equivalent; relevant culinary or hospitality certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Barista Supervisor or in a frontline supervisory role. Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred. Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities
The role involves leading and enhancing beverage quality and service standards across all office cafeterias, standardizing and expanding beverage offerings, and developing a structured barista training program for all sites.
