REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s, Diploma degrees or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with visitors and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor to represent the company effectively.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Qiddiya Investment Company.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, efficiently directing inquiries, and providing information about the organization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the reception area.
  • Facilitate communication between visitors and internal departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding guest management and privacy.
