QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education * Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Information Technology, or a Related Field. * Note: A combination of education, training, and professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Work Experience * Minimum of 1–2 years of progressive experience in a related field. * This is an Individual Contributor role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle; strong general PC skills are required. * Communication: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. * Operational Style: Ability to follow detailed directions and work effectively in a structured environment where tasks are reviewed for accuracy. Join WWT today!    What will you be doing?   The Services Partner Specialist is responsible for creating partner purchase orders and processing partner invoices. Additionally, the Partner Specialist ensures flow-down requirements are met and works closely with partner compliance and participates in Services Partner onboarding processing   Responsabilities: * Supports partner programs in PS, works closely with PS partners * Processes domestic and International PS purchase orders, partner invoicing in Empower and DataServ and contingent worker program, researching payments, running exception reports and general communication * International partners may require working with multiple currency * Hosts reoccurring meetings with partners to discuss partner statements and invoicing details * Enters domestic work orders in Oracle and maintains end dates for 500+ resources * Communicates regularly with the internal departments (PMO, Compliance, Resource and Engineering Management) staff to confirm partner status * Works with cross-functional teams * Participates in and operates in alignment with rest of the partner team. * Follows established processes. * Helps improve and establish new processes
