ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Services Project Manager is a key member of the IRIS Professional Services team. The person in this role will work directly with our IRIS sales and engineering personnel to develop proposals, coordinate projects, schedule resources, and close out project completion activities. The Services Project Manager will use leadership skills to set the tone for the project, articulate a vision, and engage project participants into that vision.

EXCITING WORK YOU WILL DO:

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Services Project Manager will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Create project proposals in support of IRIS Team associates
• Oversee projects from proposal to completion
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, sales managers, and sales team members through various channels
• Resolve conflicts that hinder project completion
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project needs or financing for the project change
• Provide overall visibility and reporting of timelines, progress and budgets
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
