Description
Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly of complete machines for in-process and post-process measuring machines
Installation and wiring of control peripherals in the area of safety extra-low voltage (e.g. sensors, actuators pneumatics)
Pneumatic hosing
Commissioning and acceptance of the above-mentioned equipment internally as well as at the customer’s or end customer’s premises
Final inspection or testing of measuring equipment and stands for function and measuring capability after assembly and commissioning
Programming of measurement applications with MARPOSS software as well as analysis of complex measurements
Analysis and recording of mechanical, electrical or metrological faults in measuring equipment at the customer’s or end customer’s premises
Supporting our suppliers in troubleshooting via remote support
Carrying out factory calibrations and maintenance of the above-mentioned systems with appropriate equipment. Preparation of certificates / proofs of the above-mentioned activities for documentation and as evidence for the customers / end customers
