Job Responsibilities: Prägende Arbeitsaufgabe Eigenständige Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an Automationen, Schleifzellen, Montageanlagen etc. Kontrolle und Dokumentation durchgeführter Wartungen und Reparaturen, die eigenständig oder durch Produktions- bzw. Instandhaltungspersonal erledigt wurden Festlegen eines Wartungskonzepts für Automationen Organisation, Beauftragung und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen zur Durchführung wiederkehrender (z.B. jährlich) Wartungs- und Kalibrierarbeiten und anschließendes Dokumentieren und Auswerten der Ergebnisse Betreuen des Ersatzteilbestandes Ersatzteilbestellung nach Stückliste, Skizze oder Zeichnung veranlassen Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an den o.g. Anlagen ggf. unter Verwendung von Diagnosesystemen Durchführung von größeren Reparaturen auch unter Rücksprache mit dem Maschinenhersteller Analyse und Bewertung von Störfällen und Festlegen von Maßnahmen selbstständig und unter Rücksprache mit den Vorgesetzten Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung und Endabnahme von Automationsanlagen, Schleifzellen etc. Betreuung der Fremdfirmen beim Aufbau von Neuanlagen Bewertungsbegründung/Anforderung Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch eine einschlägige, mindesten 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriemechaniker) und qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder erweiterte fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden.
