DESCRIPTION
In this role, you’ll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role, and make an impact. As the Servicing Ops Analyst - Testing and Production Support, you will be responsible for the management of projects for the business unit (e.g., strategic change management, implementation new products, systems/technology, process reengineering, establishment of control procedures) and/or managing the day-to-day running of the infrastructure. You are required to possess business acumen of Transaction Processing and will be responsible for driving business vision to enhance flexibility and organizational safety and soundness. You will report to the Consumer Operations Execution Manager and will assist in driving our strategic vision and developing meaningful working relationships across organizations.
