We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Service/Sales BDC Administrator to support our Service and Sales Business Development Center. This role manages customer communication and follow-up for both sales and service customers, supporting the dealership’s Sales and Service Departments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The BDC Administrator plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, improving customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and brings 5+ years of experience in reception, office administration, and customer service.
