QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage an asset (entry-level applicants welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-centered demeanor.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods
  • Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Interest in wellness and hospitality alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, supporting servers in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Refill water, beverages, and table items to ensure ongoing guest comfort.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and flow of the dining room.
  • Maintain organization and restock service stations, linens, dishware, and glassware as needed.
  • Support with polishing cutlery, rolling cutlery, and preparing dining areas before and after service.
  • Assist with bussing, side work, and light cleaning duties as part of the shared team effort.
  • Communicate guest needs or concerns promptly to servers or management.
  • Uphold our wellness-forward ethos in interactions with guests and team members.
