We’re growing fast and are looking for a motivated, people-focused Field Estimator to join our dynamic team. Position Overview The Field Estimator plays a key role in the customer experience—from the first inspection to the final handshake. This individual will be responsible for conducting onsite inspections, writing accurate and timely estimates, and coordinating with both customers and insurance professionals to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll work closely with our production staff to schedule and oversee restoration jobs once approved, helping ensure that every project runs efficiently and every customer feels taken care of. What You’ll Do Perform onsite inspections for fire, water, mold, sewage, and biohazard losses Accurately assess damages and determine scope of work required Create detailed, professional estimates using Xactimate (preferred) Engage directly with customers, insurance adjusters, and project managers Negotiate and secure approvals on estimates from carriers and clients Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and project clarity Coordinate job starts and schedule production teams once projects are secured Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the process What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills—you enjoy helping people Experience in disaster restoration, construction estimating, or insurance restoration preferred Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms Ability to multi-task and manage several active projects at once Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join SERVPRO Team Doyle Competitive base salary + commission (earning potential around $90,000/year) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and more) Ongoing training and development in restoration estimating and project management A positive, team-driven environment where your impact matters Ready to Build a Career That Makes a Difference?
