You don’t need to be an artist (seriously, no painting portfolio required).
This is about energy, stage presence, and making every guest feel like the star of the show.
Whether it’s a hens party, birthday bash, corporate team builder, or a Saturday night with friends, you’ll be the person who turns a night of painting into a night they’ll talk about for years.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, humour, and confidence
• Lead painting sessions following our easy, brand-approved structure
• Keep the vibe high - manage music, pacing, and banter like a pro
• Read the room: hype it up for hens nights, keep it classy for corporates
• Celebrate birthdays, milestones, and spontaneous dance breaks or conga lines
• Wrap up sessions on a high so guests leave with smiles and masterpieces

You’ll thrive if you…

• Love being in front of a crowd (bonus points for microphone confidence)
• Are naturally engaging, warm, and inclusive
• Can manage a room while keeping to a schedule
• Stay calm when things get busy — and keep guests laughing through it
• Are available for evenings & weekends (our peak party times)

The Nitty Gritty

• Independent Contractor – you’ll need an ABN (or be willing to get one)
• Paid per session (plus tips in some cases)
