Sessional Lecturer, FABS 493, Food and Bioproduct Sciences The Department of Food and Bioproduct Sciences, College of Agriculture and Bioresources invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2026-27 Regular session: Course Number, Section, and Name: FABS 493.3 (01) Food Product Development Term and Course Dates: Term One (September-December) CRN: 86573 Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture and Laboratory Course Schedule: Lecture: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1030-11:20 am; Laboratory; Tuesday 1:30 pm to 4:20 pm Expected Enrollment Limit: 20 Qualifications: Minimum of a M.Sc. degree in Food Science or related discipline along with 5-years minimum of teaching or industry experience in Food Product Development. Knowledge of food product development, food safety, food regulations, marketing and food processing will be an asset. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
